CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BROWNIE

Waktu singgang elok la kita merajinkan diri godek godek resepi..actually this is 3rd  times  ai cuba buat brownie nih..lagipun senang sebab tak perlu guna mixer sebab masalah aku besi mixer ai dah hilang dan masih mencari lagi sparepart kalau ada jual

lepas raya hari tu pergi kedai kek nak beli cream cheese sebab dapat tempahan..bila cari2 yang ado cuma cream cheese pack 2 kilo..hamek ko..tanya akak kedai dia cakap supplier tak hantar2 hanya dok janji jer..tapi bila pk berbaloi beli yang 2 kg ni sebab cuma rm42.00 jer pun..nekad la beli.







 hanya satu jam penyediaan...dan bakar dalam setengah jam..

resepi bawah ni ambik kat belog kak Rima..blogger memasak dari Singapore...


CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BROWNIE (by Donna Hay)

Ingredients
185g butter, melted (i used unsalted and added 1/4tsp of salt) 
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted 

1 cup caster sugar ~
2 eggs
1 cup plain flour

Cheesecake
285g cream cheese, softened and chopped
4 1/2 tbsp caster sugar 
2 eggs

Method
Preheat oven to 160 degree C
Place butter, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs and flour in a bowl and mix well until smooth
Spoon into a 8" square slice tin line with baking paper
To make cheesecake, process the cream cheese, sugar and eggs in a mixer until smooth
Place large spoonfuls of the cheesecake nixture on top of the chocolate mixture and swirl with a butter knife
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set
